Team sheets must be returned by 6th June 2008
Entry forms must be returned by end of February 2008
Entry fees will be:
Boys:
£40 for schools sending more than 10 competitors
£20 for schools sending 10 or less competitors
Please send BOYS entry fees to The Secretary with the entry forms which can be downloaded here.
Cheques should be made payable to 'West Surrey Athletics'. It is essential that dates of birth are included on the forms.
The closing date for the return of forms is 6th June, 2008. Please do not be late.
Girls:
£20 for schools entering less than 10 competitors and
£40 for those entering 10 or more

All schools entering teams must be prepared to offer assistance on the day of the meeting.

Girls:
Every school must be able to provide a TEACHER (not a GAP student,
regardless of their capabilities) that is willing to run an event. Once all
entries are received, marshalling responsibilities will be allocated, in
time for full preparation.
Schools sending over 20 entries must also be
able to offer GAP students or staff who can help to run event but not to be
in charge. Without this extra help we will not be able to run the meeting.
Please check the minimum standards required for entry.
